2001 vw hesitating, stalling at start, fine while driving

 the car drives really goood, we had all the wires changed, plugs, the norm.Still revs low and stals , mostly in the morning,only when starting.we only have a warrenty for a short time, and the dealer's shop keeps saying there is nothing wrong. Any ideas??
